Every parent is automatically a member of the TJ Parent Association. Parents of students who attend TJ will find that they are part of a friendly and enthusiastic community that shares similar values and interests – and whose children are their first priority. Active participation in the Parent Association provides many opportunities to socialize with other parents and contribute to activities that will benefit and enrich the TJ experience for the entire family.
In its efforts to enhance the quality of a Thomas Jefferson Independent Day School education, the Thomas Jefferson Independent Day School Parent Association shall provide service and support to faculty, parents, students, and trustees of the school; provide open communication and facilitate understanding among all elements of the school community; and promote the school, bolster its efforts, and strive to improve the quality of experience at Thomas Jefferson.
